Well it all started with a call about a one owner GT. Here it is exactly as I first saw it.
I really bought her for the interior. Apart from the dust and dirt it was mint.
Her engine was a little worse for wear.
It was a case of how high could I get.
I didn't dare use the boot, it would collaspe. This will need some serious work.
I took measurements of the stripes as they have not been touched from day one. They are not as perfect as you'd think they would be.
Now at least this car has a spare wheel well, not much of one I'll grant you but it's there.

I got her home and Joanne fell in love with her. NOT! I think her first words were, "you are joking".
They look like they were made for each other don't they. Kara will one day be my everyday car and SHW my show car. 2020 isn't far off you know.
For the first year I used her as a dumping ground.
I even used the engine bay.
These were in better nick than DHR's, pity about the boot.
It must have been guess work when they were built. Someone must have said "about there's okay".
Getting very brave now I've removed the rear axle.
