Nice day for car repairs!

Edd dropping his kecks in public again.

Wonder what the neighbours think?

The work for the weekend ready and waiting. Flod you may want to do something about the bush to the left, it looks a bit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Jaffa

The Jaffa waiting for her master.

Mark's HC

Mark learning the trade, trouble is it's from Spot.

It wasn't me!

This is to show who painted Spud's car while he wasn't looking.

Cool....ing!

Jaffa looking as good as ever.

Going spare!

Sid making sure Spot doesn't touch his valves.

All on her.

The Humber getting plenty of attention. The interior did look good, all wood panelling and plenty of dials. You can even dim the lights on the individual switches. A bit like a Viva really.

No engine?

Flod couldn't find the engine, we had to tell him he was looking in the wrong place.

Standing!

At this stage we were thinking we would need to order another AA recovery truck, but the boys kept going. The twin carbs were different and it turned out that the valve stems weren't connected on some of them.

Bee's knee's!

This is Deon getting beat up by a bee!

There she goes!

I asked the man to avoid any puddles and did he have a cover for her!

Tie her tight.

All ready for the off. It rained most of the way home and she got soaked. The driver was very nice he helped us push her in the garage when we got there. 'A very nice man'.

Oh dear!

And this is what we did to valves 1 and 2. Number 2 only just hit but it still looks slightly bent.

He's really asleep!

Spud got up, went to his HC, laid down and wet himself. look closely.

For Gregor!

I took this for Gregor to remind me to talk to him about custom made tanks.

The Jaffa and owner.

He looks like he's really concentrating doesn't he. He'll realsie soon that he's sitting in the wrong seat.

Flod with brew!

Flod taking it all in...the tea I mean not what they're doing.

I won't tell who did it!

Even his best mate joined in.

Humber arrives!

The Humber turned up and as much as we didn't want to like it, we all did. 1968, in brilliant condition and came with a spare engine.

Study!

Spud going back to his 'Rootes'. Get it?

Came out okay!

See what a few cans of black paint can do. I think it looks good.

Ariel.

An ariel view of the boys in action.

Smoke!

She lives, you can tell by the smoke from the rear.

Oh how they laughed!

They all loved this and soon got the cameras out.

All safe and sound!

Tie em' tight.

Opening time!

This is what we did to valeves 3 and 4.

Marks!

You can see the marks on the pistons where it hit. I will now cut the slots out more to take the big valve head, should've thought of it before.
