Rear arch

A view from under the rear wheel arch, what a good job.

Bolts

A close up of the wing bolts, well worth doing. It took ages to track them down but now my wings are bolt on but not to obvious.

Sealed

I sealed some of the joints with gutter sealant which is excellant.

No!!!!!!!

Do not do it this way.

Getting wired up

After finally covering all the loom in braided black hose,it goes back in.

Back wired

I did manage to figure out how the boot wiring went in the end. Five attempts.

Hope dashed

The dash in but it took about 6 attempts.

Nearly there

Not sure about the steering wheel I might use the original.

All aboard

All the seats in, Im nearly there with the interior.

Re-badged

My first badge back on. I was very careful not to scratch the paint.

Bodywork

Under body

A view from under the offside front wing.

Warm

Ron at work gave me 6 removal blankets which I stitched together myself to keep her warm.

Broken

After days of trying I find one of the door handles had a bit missing, how was I to know!

Body wax

Before any trim went on I covered everything in waxoyl and engine oil mix. I painted everything using another small brush. Every clip, badge or bit of trim.

Clamps

The covered loom in its new clamps.

Bum steer

Steering column in.

Getting laid

Carpet underlay from a local shop I didnt know existed. It does all sorts of car upholstery stuff.

Back seats

Putting the rear together, notice Ive screwed the bottom of the side panel to stop warping

Centre

The console in from SHW, look how good looks, it could be brand new.
